Shipping policy

At Barn Catz Studio, we are committed to providing timely and reliable shipping for all orders.

Processing Times:

• Retail Orders:

  • Ready-to-ship items: Processed within 2 business days

  • Custom-engraved items: Processed within 5 business days

• Wholesale Custom Acrylic Orders:

  • Scheduled 5 to 10 business days after the confirmed production date

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Method and Rates:
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. We use standard carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Expedited shipping may be available upon request and at an additional cost.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet all stated timeframes, unforeseen delays due to weather, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions may occasionally occur. Barn Catz Studio is not responsible for delays once packages are in the possession of the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
